There seems to be missing parts in your error but I think this is because you didn't upload both products.

I've been using I-Tech shoutbox, and what I really like about it is that it show, las replied posts inside the shoutbox, that's a really good feature, as users post more often.

I'll like to try your shoutbox as it seems more rich featured, but I'm missing that particular option

I know, that's an interesting feature, however it is greedy in resources so I might not do that.

I'll see after this version, for the moment I focus on it and then will be opened to any fair suggestions :)

I'm not sure what happened, but I keep getting these random spaces for whatever I type in the chatbox. I completely reinstalled it from scratch, and have no template edits with it. It just started today. Any ideas on what this might be?

the team channel link do not work on firefox and also /me command is odd... since the text will be displayed on the right side

and also i receive tons of database error from the shoutbox

also the feature to change the font size, bold and the fonts is not visible on usercp, edit options... other skins is visibile but not just this one

This errors are not coming from my chatbox ... The vbshout.php file is not a table from my chatbox ...

So please pay attention to what you ask ...

Could first check which chatbox you are using and then I'll be able to help you if your using mine !

Which version of firefox do you use ?
Is this problem is also in IE ? (if this is the case, have you uploaded the chatbox images in all your skins folders ?)
Have you choosed to show the chatbox in double channels mode ?

You are the second user to report such problem but I have never been able to experienced that myself, would it be possible for you to find a way to see the source html ? (not the one after page loading availabe through right clicks in the browser as unfortunately chat content is loaded afterwards so don't know it that's really possible).
