I'm also getting the same error.

For some reason, it appears that Forum Leaders are getting the usergroup error when a score tries to submit in Pacman. They can play the games just fine, and I have set their permission to view and play games.

Here we go again.

Most of the score submitting problems here are from outside programs or hacks and the fixes are being posted for them. The arcade itself works fine. I have NEVER had a score submitting problem and neither have most of the users that have installed this. If you don't like this Arcade, then that is your choice, but please stop badgering it in this thread. It's getting really old and tired!

stop defending the script like its the best thing god created you are more on his nuts then pubic hair ( sorry if that offends you ) i like the hack i think its great but even with the original hack it had problems with score submissions and thats from the original author v3arcade will have problems too all hacks have problems. its a public hack and i made a public comment about the hack. and all i said is that has been a problem since invision board. you make it like i said this hack is garbage and anyone using it is a fool... the onlything i seen wrong with the hack is the fact i didnt like a style it was feedback.. you are taking everything like you busted your arse for the last 9 months writing the script and its your baby. jesus dude i like the damn script i dont like problems with score submitting though like no one does. i would say the same thing in any other hack. in your eyes were suppose to worship this script. free hacks deserve free praise and free criticism and therefore i gave it. this has been a running problem that should of been the first thing adressed and for your excuse that its because of other hacks. Is that a good reason ? the creator should of known people would of had other hacks installed i installed this hack on one of my forums and didnt face a problem with it but whatever ya want to cry because i said this problem should of been fixed when chris did it for invision board.

I wont be installing this then, Ill wait for V3 Arcade which will be out in a week.

Stick with an arcade that will have games then something that will cost you to get games. ;)

For clarification, what is meant by your post, LEAD_WEIGHT? Does ibProArcade have a backdoor built-in that we do not know about? It would be nice to know this as if it does (showing proof of this, of course) because it would not be a good choice between available arcade options. As for games requiring payment, I believe that v3arcadegames.com is now gone. Other than that site and the "Free Arcade" that was not so free, can you tell us how many other sites charge for games (without giving links, locations, etc.)?

Just looking for clarification on this as this needs to be shown as either factual (proven) information or unproven information.

Oh... not trolling here for v3arcade or ibProArcade. I have not upgraded to v3.5.1 yet as I am waiting and evaluating what I feel the best options are for the arcade as well as other modifications that have not been ported. I am looking for the facts rather than assuming something is true based on someone's opinion.

Unlike the upcoming v3arcade, this hack does not connect to any server but your own.

paulmjno 11-27-2005 02:17 AM

Anyone have any idea about the Pacman issue?

ConqSoft 11-27-2005 02:18 AM

v3Arcade doesn't connect to any server either, unless you click the link to have it look for new games that are available. Get your information straight.

theArchitect 11-27-2005 02:19 AM

The domain for www.pnflashgames.com seems to have expired. Anyone know where else to get multi-player games?
