Have you tried putting your htaccess file back to what is was before you installed this.

now it is no longer (htacces)

General Settings in there:

PhotoPlog Link => http://www.gfx-art.fr/photoplog
BB Code Link => http://www.gfx-art.fr/photoplog
PhotoPlog Path => /home/user/domains/gfx-art.fr/public_html/photoplog (it's ok?)
Upload Directory => images
Global Variables => [empty]

and general admin permission:
everything is on yes

I always expresion:
Incorrect PhotoPlog setting! Go to ACP -> PhotoPlog Pro -> General Settings and make the correction.

I deactivated DBTech - Gallery in case
Edit: it's the same...

you only need to 777 image folder
Set 777 permissions on the photoplog 'images' directory on your server, as necessary (use chmod
or FTP to set 777 permissions on the photoplog 'images' directory if needed)
if you still cant work this out pm me will be around for a few mins more can talk over skype

Ok used to run this a while back ... nice to see it's now a freebie!!

I have installed it on vb4.2.2 and am getting the following error when I try to open in frontend:

Warning: require_once(./global.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/photoplog/settings.php on line 48

Any ideas? I've been searching without success :( and any help would be appreciated :D

global.php is in the public_html directory - so is the wrong path set somewhere ??

I renamed the folder "PhotoPlog" to "renderGA"

therefore the information now:
PhotoPlog Link => http://www.gfx-art.fr/renderGA

PhotoPlog Path => /home/user/domains/gfx-art.fr/public_html/renderGA
Upload Directory => images

and it still does not work

I'll try it on a test forum without any plugin

En i get this: The requested URL /gallery/selector.php was not found on this server.

I have installed it all en do evrything what i have read in the readme.txt. Butt i don't see where i can upload the images to photoplog categorie.

What i have do wrong? The usergroups i have checked en evrything is ok.

Issue #1. Major one. I get this error after photoplog install on 4.2.2 with vBadvanced 4.2.1

After some research narrowed it down to vBadvanced parse_templates conflict with photoplog

When the below plugin disabled everything works but vBadvanced is missing its css formatting. Everything else works just fine.

Any ideas on what could be changed to make both work with no conflict?

Issue #2. Minor one. When Search Info option activated in Photoplog Admin CP under Miscellaneous Settings, any attempt to search from the main forum search gives the below db error. (deactivated everything works)

Ok things got figured out.

One more question.

By default photoplog uses navtab plugin which is set in a specific place on the menu. I'm unable to move it due to not being in the actual navigation menu ACP place.

So I wanted to recreate the tab by using navigation manager and turning the plugin off.

I can create the menu. Any links I create do not come up.

Also the tab does not get active though this script "index" is placed in the proper field.

Any Ideas on how to move the plugin generated tab, or to make Nav Manager tab/links work?
