What is the content to enable the live support notification in forum side block!

The one which was automattically created is faulty and has no content message in the content box.

Michael the content box is still empty and no side bar blocks appears.

I added manually the phrase <return $support;> as an experimen to see if this will work and now the side bar looks ok. The Live support icon appears in side bar. I think you should take a llok because the block that is created automaically is a little faulty.

Thankyou m8 i will take out the auto making of this block and make it one that you have to put in as that would be easyer for me to code.

Not work with 4.0.3 something is missing in this version and not install correct

I have tryed this on 4.0 and up to the 4.1 versions and had no problem.
Please give me the errors you are getting and i can sort them out.

Nice mod, thanks for all that worked on it.
Question about file upload. The system allows the file to be chosen when opening a ticket, but I can't see to find the file, nor is it transferred during the email notification. This may be a VB setup option, but not sure. Directories have 777 permissions as requested.

Couple more questions.
How do I send any attachments that are loaded in the ticket with the email send to notification email? (if possible)
How do I transfer some of the other collected data in the fields with the notification email as well. (if possible)

I was able to figure it out. I just edited a few of the templates. However, would be cool to have someone to click and turn it off. Thanks for the mod though!

This has been added but not to this version only the commercial version.

Is it possible to set all questions/tickets as public? Everybody should read tickets or requests from any other user.

This is nice but.. Is there anyway to give the user & techs notice that there are new tickets waiting? Like when you have a PM theres a 1 or something blinking or something? Instead of having to manually look.

Also what is the difference between this and commericial

This could be added within the next release at some stage but very busy making sure all bugs are gone before adding in anything else.

Like I asked in private, there are 2 things holding me back

#1 There's no notice of a new ticket for the user or support that I can see (Except an email which I would like to turn off). There should be some popup or highlight or SOMETHING obvious to tell the user & techs they have new tickets that are waiting (Like a PM here).

#2 The other thing holding me back is live support shouldn't have to login everytime, it should capture the session in VB, otherwise I would use that feature
