Turns out I didn't need the fix just switched to VBactivity, :D

When medals are given out there are adding vertically not horizontally in the awards section of the postbit...

vBCredits II supports any third party currency, which to properly integrate requires use of an API I can link you to. If you don't wish to go to all the trouble, you can target the credits column on the user table, but that is dependent on the site in question having kept the default currency.

All postsin the csreenshot are in the same forum. I am only a member of 1 usergroup (administators).

I just got back into the whole modification thing and I have vbcredit on my 3.7 install and I'm thinking about upgrading to vb4.0. Would this vbcredits II version keep all the credits and stuff from my old vb credits install? I don't want my members to lose any data.

I'm still experimenting with it & I want to make sure I'm doing things right: I want to enable the Adjust function for administrators, what I need is to create 2 Adjust events right? 1 for admins (sending users) & the 2nd for the usergroups I want to adjust points (receiving users). Right?

sadly it doesn't work with ibpro 2.7.0.+ and vb 4.0.5/4.0.6, can't buy arcade passes or win credits with new highscores. are there any additional settings for vbcredits 2 deluxe required?

You should set negation amounts on your post event, so that edited posts will deduct the credits that were earned for the first post before being reentered as an edit.

You can upgrade and it will work on both vb3.8 and vb4 whenever you upgrade vb itself. The amounts people have will be kept, but the settings will need to be redone as the formats for them have changed greatly.

We have two currencies set up - one for points for posts, etc and one for vbookie bets. Does anyone know how to stop the ability for members to transfer currency between their two currency accounts?

This whole thing that happened between Pixel and Darkwaltz is confusing to me. Is Pixel's copy of vbcredits supported (still using 1.4), will there be updates? What's the diff between his and yours? What's the deal with commerce? Is this still supported by you and will there be updates? How about the death wait for customizer? Is this still happening?

I thiknk it is happening when posts get edited. All those points were given on just 2 posts that were edited several times each

When adding a new currency, vbc2d should detect and allow you to quickly integrate with vbexp without needing any technical details. You can then set up events etc using that currency. You can use any vbc2d currencies in other third party addons that support points.

This mod is fully supported :) (although I tend to only check every few days for the lite versions)

What happens when you try to uninstall? You need to do the actionset first, then the main addon.

Disable the transfer events for those currencies. If they are transferring currencies outside of vbcredits, you have to consult those addons on prevention (although I think vbc2d is the only one who supports multiple currencies)

You need to create a Transfer event for each currency you wish to allow transferring for.

You need to indicate a negation amount on your post events - generally the same amount that you are giving for the post in the first place. Then when posts are edited, they will be reversed first and then reapplied.

PixelFX is attempting to continue on with the old 1.x line that I completely coded. I can't vouch for its support or updates as I have moved onto the new II line which can and should replace it. Same with the other two, although I may rewrite them much the same in the future. DBTech has a new vBShop product which does what vbcustomizer was supposed to do, and can be considered its official replacement. You need to create a donate event with each of your currencies.

Nobody has submitted any translations yet, however the pro version currently has all of the user-side and most of the admin-side as phrases for you to do this if you wish.

Your currencies and amounts people have will be kept, however your settings will need to be redone (as the formats have changed drastically). The code will work equally well on vB3.8 as vB4, in fact you can upgrade vB without the need to upgrade vbcredits. The old vbookie addon will continue to work with vBCII, however I have released an actionset addon at dbtech to increase support for all of the new event features (plus transaction log support) - but thats only with the newest vbookie which I think only works for vB4.

It will be in a future pro update in some capacity.

That addon currently only supports my old vBCredits 1.4x code.

Members can't transfer credits, referrals are not calculated.

Unfortunately a vbcms/blog integration hasnt been completed yet.

If you do that, you can still import vbexp currency as a vbc currency to use in its events and the two will work together :)

You are missing a required field

In the currency manager with vBCredits II Deluxe, click to create a new one. At the top should be a dropdown which detected the presence of vbexp. Select it, and it will fill in the tech details for integration for you, so just submit the form. Now you can select that currency when filling out your other events in vbc2d.

Sounds like you didn't install the vBulletin actionset that came with it :) Otherwise there are no actions defined by default. Refer back to the install instructions and check back if you can't find it.
