I don't see any spam, the two image url's go to images, and the demo link goes to the site, but it seems they have not checked it in awhile, and need to either switch their default theme, or update their current one, as their license has expired. :)

Ahhh, yeah it may have adds, as it is tinypic, I have adds blocked in my browser, so I will not see them. :)
