Slight bug I think ?

when searching - it shows as an Unknown Location in the list.....

Doftube doesnt have an api. As of right now, we have no way to accept urls from that hoster. Not sure if it will be in 1.2, but in a future release, we may allow hosters without an api.

Yes, that seems to be a bug. But only the adnministrator can see the "location unknown" message.

I'll fix this for the next release.

I would like to make a limit like "minimum 10 posts" before anybody can post a video, is this something possible???

One thing that comes to my mind is to create a new user-group like video-uploader and give "upload video" permissions to that group. But I am not sure, how the "registered users" automatically becomes members of that other group as well once the required post-count has reached and how to display the message to the end users like - "you need to post 10 threads before you can upload videos".

Any help would be appreciated.

We can add this soon.

Look in the ACP -> Promotion. With this you can auto-move users to groups.

I don't think it's ncessary to add such a feature to our script -> it's a default feature of the vB ;)

There is only a one sidebar on the left side.

If there are not videos displayed in the middle column, check your settings.

What if you want to use this to host your own videos? I already do this but post them in a forum and would like to use this instead.

I have my own flash video player on the site, and upload the videos myself.

It'?s not able to host your own videos with this mod without a rewrite of the code.

Damn...I thought I almost made an XML for my own site after looking at the metacafe one and changing things around. I'm not that code incompetent but can't make things from scratch. I changed the embed code to my information, and the regex to fit my site. Just couldn't make it work. Oh well, I need to find something similar to this then that will work.

Mayye your hoster blocks the HTTP-Requests to the video hosters.

Not at the moment.

The error-mesage sais, that no connection to the video hoster could be etablished.

This must be the same in ie, ff and opera, because the conntection is done on the server's side.

I have had this at www.nwime.com/forum for a few days now and it is totally one of the best mods that I have had!

Installed, but can you in future make it so the hack permissions are on by default? It's taking forever setting them for every single usergroup...

Oh, and it says an error after adding a video, but the video can be loaded and gets imported anyway.
