First off, I just want to say this is an awesome mod. Now I just need to get all of the information into it. :rolleye:

I do have a question. Is there a way to associate 2 words with 1 entry? I ask because I run a car site, so some of the main entries will be sensors. Some people will type out the word itself (oxygen sensor) whereas other will just use the abbreviation (O2 sensor). I could make 2 entries, but it would be better if there was a way to do an association of multiple words to a single entry.

hmmmz and that should make it safe ? No it doesn't actually chmod 777 means world writable (anybody can write on a directory with this permission) so the fact your hack doesn't contain anything that possibly would cause an issue does not mean it is safe.You should always try to avoid chmod 777

It seems the glossary is not using the same css as the vbulletin globally.

The links are not underlined with FF0000 dotted as it is globally. I could not find any place to edit the css crosslinking style.

Check the values for crosslinking in admincp, the rest can be done by editing the css for crosslinks.

The admincp css area is not picking up any changes at all, the rest I do not know where its located. There is no css file in the attachment.

That's easy to find

Admin -> Style Manager -> (choose your style) -> Main CSS -> Crosslinking to glossary

That CSS Selector ist called .glossarylink, there you can make all the changed you want. :)

Right now we work on the vBSEO-integration (nearly finished), the next version will have more features like tags, pdf, better notification and discussion-system, etc.

I already mentioned that, that was the area that was not picking up the changes. (glossarylink). I already have glossar enabled/checked in vbglossar > crosslinking settings area under "Active pages (THIS_SCRIPT)"

I've got the same problem when trying to preview a thread before posting. Firefox throws me a content encoding error

This seems to happen when there is an attachment.
Same thing if I try to edit an entry with an attachment.

Definitely an attachments issue for delete/edit/preview entries with attachments.

I am using the glossary for multipurposes. One of them is an English-My language dictionary. Problem is, with the cross linking, the post is invaded, with almost every single word, whether it's one letter 'a' or virtually every single word. Is there a way to disable cross linking for certain categories?

OK, I created an extra setting where I put the categories to exclude from crosslinking and I am excluding them in the query in function fetch_glossar_items()

It seems that this mod gives a blank registration page...

I've installed it and all I can say is that it works wonderfully (vB 3.7.2).

One suggestion however, in the Crosslink admin section, you can change the background color and font color for the popup. But the border is still blue by default. I had to change var ol_bgcolor="#FFCC66"; in overlib_vbglossar.js to do so. Maybe a good workaround would be to make font color and ol_bgcolor equal :)

Does anyone else has any issue with editing an entry with attachment?

i've a problem when i create a new entry, and press the preview button, it shows the preview, but the editor disappears... is there a way that this dont happens?

I just uploaded Version 1.1.0. We fixed a lot of bugs and the new version contains a lot of new functions (like synonyms, optional entryfields, vbseo-supported, etc).
