I am having a problem with the subscription part of this I get this message (Sorry, the minimum amount accepted is 1 USD). But everything else works great. So can some one tell what I messed up I have it set like this 5|6,5|12, and so on HELP

Found the problem in the setup go to minimum amount mine had a 1 there for the subscription to work proper LEAVE THAT BLANK

"Minimum amount accepted" is only important when custom amounts are allowed. In all other cases just leave it blank or set it to the same number as minimum suggested amount is.

Busted. :( The Donate link in the Navbar isn't working anymore.

English is not my main language so language-related problems are possible in my hacks...

Hi Cyb, I was wondering if you could help me with the subscriptions options now added in the most recent update.

I have several members who donate each month, and the subscription to make a paypal subscription donation appeals to me.

How do I go about setting these up for Version 4.6 of this hack?

Where do I donate to the Cybernetec :D

I hate to do this, but I think there is really a problem.

I have this setting: 1,5,10|12,20|24,50,100

If I select the $10 and 12 month, the PayPal shows the correct amount $10, but in the confirmation page shows that I have donated $14, and if I select $20/24 shows that I have donated $28.

Just updated to version 4.7 and still getting "The Minimum Amount Accepted Is $5."

Ipuck, you should ask PayPal Support why there is an extra amount at the end.

Fox, check if "suggested amounts" and "minimum amount" settings are set properly. And ensure that hack templates are up-to-date. There are important changes in templates in v4.7.

I see you have to allow the XML to over write.

I never removed the old product before doing the update.

I have checked in my admin options and no option for subscriptions. So I take it to update, we have to remove the old product then install the latest version as a new product?

There is no need to uninstall older version and it's not recommended to do so, as it will delete your donation logs and settings. Just upgrade. Import XML, check 'overwrite'.

You may wish to save donation log to your PC by exporting 'cybppdonate' table from forum database, to be able to restore it if something goes wrong.

5,10,20,50,100

Minimum amount accepted:
5

This was working fine until I upgraded and now when I select £5 to donate, it takes me to paypal with no amount picked, so I have to enter my amount manually anyway! I have not tested past this to see if payment is made as I don't have a sandbox setup yet.

OK, not sure what the problem is.. I upgraded to the newest version and now I am getting this db error when I try to view my donation page:

OK, never mind, turned out to another problem with the database one of the tables had crashed. Did "repair" and that fix it.

Same problem here, when a user selects $20 they get an error "minimum is $5usd".

Was working fine before I upgraded yesterday.

I only just finished doing this - edit the cybpaypal_donbar_note phrase...

same problem for me - i never suffered the 'minimum allowed' message before 4.7 - not I cant dontate cause that crap message keeps appearing.

I suppose I will need switch minimum amounts off till a proper fix it found.

I need to clarify a couple things on the subscriptions...

Does 5|1 simply give them an active membership for 1 month (reoccuring subscription) for 5 Euro?

Then Does 12|3 give them a 3 month membership (reoccuring subscription) for 12 Euro?

Those who have problems with unexpected "minimum amount accepted" errors, please try this XML and let me know if problem is gone.

Just upgraded and I have Minimum amount accepted set at 20.00 but it will except a donation under 20.00.

Have you tried XML from the first post or one I posted tonight?
