I have tested this chat with 3.6.8 and 3.7.2 and works perfectly in both versions.

What error appears when import the xml?

Installed and uninstalled. Only compatible with internet explorer, does not work with Firefox 3.0 at all.

go to: AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> BB Code Settings

here set "YES" at the options "Allow BB Code in Non Forum Specific Areas" and "Allow Smilies in Non Forum Specific Areas".

• i have fixed the "Friend Request" from the Users List, now work perfectly.
• everytime you send a message your session have been update. this for fix the problem that you stay on homepage after some minutes vbulletin don't see you online and not appear also in users list of the cchatbox.
• i have add the possibility to set a number min of post for use the cchatbox, this isn't valid for user can moderate.

try to disable the users list, if is active, and disinstall all other chat if you have.

I installer this shout box but when I text and send I can not show my text in shout box and I don?t see my user in shout box .

are you sure don't have another chat installed?
howevere copy all file/directory correctly, disinstall the cChatBox and re-install.

delete or modify this code.

but on the next update you need to re-modify this line.

i not have test my chat on forum with a huge number of user... one good thing is disable the Users List if you have many user online.
