I'm right with you. I was testing the plugin and I received an error. I realized a mistake I made and corrected it, but now I can't resend the application using my test account. It seems like it's in limbo.

How can i fix it ? :S

is the modapp.php in the forum folder?

did you set the uergroups via the adminCP? vbOptions ---> Moderator Application System

cron does not seem to work but it does not matter to me really, we are using this hack to just keep a moderator/tech app on record JUST for admins and have the submitted notice sent to the admin forum only.

Also when you put in a non existent name to delete an app, you get a database error, not an, oops error page or this user does not exist.

The hack works. I Just need to know where i can edit the quicklinks template so i can change the link to the MOD app system

breadcrumbs ---> navbar and mine is in the quick links as only usergroups 6, 5, and 2 can see it is there

I disabled the cron as it does not work, a totally reworded the application to suit my needs.

Out of curiosity, how does the application deny applicants? I saw no option to turn down an application, only the option to rate it.

I just added this but can't figure out where the members go to access the form to submit?

This mod looks very nice. After installing it, I have several questions.

1. Where are the docs? I had to search to find out there is a phrase I need to edit to change the primary text for the application.
2. In the phrase, I see {1} & {2}. I found that {1} brings up the site name, but what is {2} for?
3. I do not want my moderators to be involved in this, how do I remove the link from the ModCP?
4. If I remove the link, how do I still allow Super Moderators to rate the applications?

FTP - first download it from the modCP.

Then delete the file from the modCP (The link will still show to the mods in their CP) but they will receive an error message when they click on the link.

Although from install it still leaves a drop down box in modCP with reference to it, there is no clickable link for them to see anything. Someone will have to tell us how to remove that.

Then upload it to the adminCP

I also removed any ratings because this is not needed for me, just a remarks area if needed.

As I said I am using it just to keep the applicants record.

I didn't find any errors per say except the cron job and manually did not work. But I am using this for mod/tech support apps to be sent only to the admin panel and I'm not interested in it sending anything to the applicant or to the mod forum, so I have it notify to the admin forum.

Ok this mod really needs a delete application button. Im getting lost to the current and non current applicants in the CP, theres s a huge list and its getting cluttered. This really neds a delete application or some ort fo way to seperate applications that have been approved and denied, like a thign where it goes like this..

It would be nice if admins had the ability to add to a old applicant list to seperate from old and new applications. So you can review over an old one if you want.

there is the phrased error message (system error) with Email.

Are there any hints out?

i got this working on 3.7.3 works fine although the e-mail function doesnt seem to work, but i will just delet the cron file

i just got one question if an applicant is rated high enough over the 14 day period is his usergroup automatically changed or do we do that manually??

Is anyone else getting a blank page if you hit submit without checking the "i agree" checkbox on modapp.php page?

I still don't know how this add-on will work with errors as described above.
