You never answered the ticket and one of our staff here asked you for superadmin status to see, and you just posted a response in there about your script timing out all in all because your php.ini settings are set to 30 seconds....

This is your inbox within your PM correct? Ours sends directly to their e-mails on file within the user db, however this is a great concept and nice add to place in our program, thanks for the suggestion there, and if you would like to elaborate a bit more on it feel free to do so. Only make a better product if we get your feedback :)

it's a nice software and I am glad I bought it, but please, please, we need you ton integrate it with the vbulletin language manager in order to translate it. I can't even edit directly the english signature.

You need to download the loaders from IONCUBE's website that fit your server's OS to anywhere within your server.

Create a zend_extension within your php.ini file as it shows above that I posted to the proper loader for your PHP version.

Basically that's about it! How you do it and how it's all done should be on your sysadmin, they don't have this installed on there?

Typical x86 *nix setup with Zend under /usr/local/:

That's how I do it within SSH, hope this helps! So it's actually pretty easy if you know anything of SSH :)

No problem! If there is any snags with installing the zend_extension within php.ini post them here, we can help you out here to see what you need done. Let us know how it went if you did get this successfully installed.

I just made an email to send. Hit go and I see this in the queue under date/time:

NOTE THE YEAR. I double checked and it was set to 2007 but it is showing 2000.
Does this mean my email won't go out in the morning?

Also - this goes out to all registered users? As others have stated, I don't see any options for whom I am sending this too. :)

I have done some testing and I don't think custom usergroups are supported. I can send an email to the Administrators group ok but if I select a custom usergroup in the Send to dropdown the campaign runs but no emails are sent. Can anyone confirm this is working on v 1.5 FULL?

Here is a visual on my issue. (see attached)

Note year.

Does anyone else get this? It says 2007 until it goes in the queue, then it is 2000 and the email won't go out. I even changed it to 2014 trying to get the years to go up, but it didn't change it from 2000.

This sucks. I was hoping to get this email out today. :(

I got one question when the e-mail bounces...what happens to the user? does it change the usergroup so next time i send it wont send it? i just need more details before i uninstall another hack that does that

I was excited about this mod, but the support is MIA.
It is bugged out on my 3.6.4 board. Many issues.
I ended up using phpmailer as others have suggested. (google it)

It doesn't change the usergroup but it turns off the option to receive mail from administrators for that user.

Hi,

many many problems with full version. The docs only available for 1.2 and seems not correct.

1. Cron job dont create log entry's (have checked) and don't send newsletters
2. There a lot of fields missing in the settings like smtp.host and sleeping time.
3. Delete Bounce on pop don't work. I must put the pop host manually in the php and insert the field smtp.host and insert there the pop-server - then i can login, but bounces are not deleted.
Seems that you use smtp.host field for pop - Login?:down:
4. Cron job dont work on shell - try curl and Php - Licence Server Invalid

Same story from me - purchased the full version, then spent quite some time sorting out issues with them and acting as a beta tester. First newsletter that we sent using this system sent 3 copies to our 5000 member mailing list - can't afford for that to happen again.

I have asked for a refund via support and have then had those tickets closed and deleted.

I didn't even bother with the refund. I just asked for a cancellation of my webhosting account with them, and then proceeded to remove the QH mailer software from my vB when they didn't provide further support with that.
