i got it to work in 3.6.4 had a few errors i needed t fix but i got it working.

ill give you a hint in the forumdisplay i had to add a <span> tag to get the tables to realign right.

not sure if this has been covered already but on my forums, users use threads to "+++++" and chat and i make them put *chat* in the thread title, these usually get deleted after a while so their post count doesn't increase as a result of whoring. Can you set a certain prefix to not count posts?

It would probably be easier to set up a sub-forum specifically for that and choose the 'no count' option for it.

change the hook of plugin "Prefix: Get selected Prefix (Search Forums) " from "search_start" to "search_process_start" will fix it.

any answers? the bot fails if prefixes were required.

I understand that we can set the number of prefixes to whatever number we want, i.e. 20
However, I would like to know if it is at all possible to have TWO prefix colums. i.e. 20 each or so.

I have a forum where I want members to post medical jobs. Having this THREAD PREFIX Mod allows me to put in an extra column such as STATE. However, I wanted another column such as "SPECIALTY"

So, my question is this...Can this be done?

Ok, figured out that it's NOT normal to empty fields. In one of my steps it shows a "find this" to be blank....and then it says, "add this above that" Above what? Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

I installed and used this on many v3.5 forums and it worked well. However this version seems quirky. I am embarrassed to say that whenever I install it the entire post interface controls are rendered useless. (text formating, smilies, quote, code etc. ... not clickable)

Anyone seen this problem before?

I was wondering... is it possible to preload a default prefix in the drop down selector upon thread creation? I set the default thread prefix but it did not include it as a default prefix.

Hello! I am enjoying your mod very much. I have a question, though, that with my limited understanding of vBulletin is pretty hard for me to figure out on my own. I would like to STOP the prefix from getting added to the browser title bar (ie. the top of the browser window). Everywhere else is fine, but up there causes some problems with the way I am using the prefixes. What do I have to take out to prevent the prefix being added there?

NOTE: an alternative solution that would be great would be to be able to specify images instead of text for the thread prefix. The reason I am having this problem is because my system to put images in the thread prefixes is rather complicated.

Is it possible to make (as a change of the normal mod) the prefix choice required, but you can choose an empty prefix? I'dd like to make my users obligate to choose, but the may also choose an empty prefix.

Mystics, first of all, great job on making this hack and I'm loving it. Though I'm having a problem here. My templates such as search_newposts are kinda messed up and that's prolly because of having the thread starter as it's own column. In reported posts the prefix was not displayed, although I've modified class_dm_threadpost.php.

For those of you who have this problem too, here is a the plugin code that fixes this problem.
