I would love to find a way to show Open Tournaments on the Forum Home.

It would be helpful to have additional maintenance functions added for tournaments. Many tournaments don't get completed because someone enters and doesn't play. A setting to disqualify a player from a tournament who doesn't play in 'X' days would help. There should also be a setting to purge old tournaments.

Seems you don't have ibProArcade v2.6.1+ as it has both "prune old tournaments" and "remind/disqualify tournament-players after x days" included ;)

any time frame on version 3 zero?

next release will be v2.6.2+ and is almost done, I am just working on one final thing I want to be fixed for this release

I hope you fixed the submit problem for v32, v33 games, other features are just a fancy bonus, otherwise the whole Arcade is useless as hackers like to challenge the site.

Yes, v32/v33 games are fixed and working fine in v2.6.2+ :)

Is the mass tar installer fixed in the new version, or can you not re-create the issue with the white screen??

this seems to be caused by timeout or PHP-memorysize and is not related to ibProArcade itself. Check your server's configuration :)

Sorry if this has already been discussed but I recently converted to ibroarcade and I must say I am very glad I did. And I am sorry I didn't give it a try sooner. Anyway I'd like to suggest some way of mass installing large amount of games. I found some 700mb pack at vb-faq thx to Deejay Dan for posting it, and it is taking me days to install. If I try more games it is gonna give me error that "Length parameter must be greater than 0" and if I try really higher number of games it gets database error. So it would be nice to have mass install option choosing a number of games to process per batch. It doesn't matter if it takes few hours as long as it is automatic process that is not gonna take me sitting there and clicking install.

I know this doesn't really pertain to ibProArcade the 'Arcade', but a module for vBa which displays 3 random games would be pretty cool.

Didnt have time to read through 12 pages. so excuse me if this has been proposed already or if it isnt even feasable. Can a feature that allows a new player to a add themselves to a designated (opt in mail) user group be implemented in a new version. :)

This is already doable with vBulletin.

Create a publicly joinable group, and mail that group your arcade news.

If you are playing in a large arcade it's hard or at least annoying tracking down the games you have not played or do not have a 1st place in. I though it would nifty if in the same box you can sort by date added, name, etc, if you could also sort by "Games I have not played" and "Games that I'm not the champion in". Call them what you like, but that's the functionality.

I haven't read all the pages, so I apologise if this has been requested before. I wish to give certain members limited access to the Admin CP, but would not like them to be able to alter any arcade settings. As it currently stands, if they are allowed to see the Admin CP at all then they are able to edit all arcade settings.

I don't know the name of the module, but its already at vbadvanced. Do a search for it. The module slips right in and you can control how many random games to display. There actually 3 different settings for it I believe.

My suggestions mass deletion of games and maybe a casino mod like ipb forums have?

My suggestions that the admin or mods can create Tournament without participating on it cuzwhat if i don't wanna users to creat Tournament and i don't wanna participate i wanna create the tournaments for the users without me participating ;) thx alot for ur hard effort on working on this great script ^^

mods anyway can make tournaments and assign users to the tournaments in admincp ;)

As a system admin, I would not want any moderators to add arcade games, gives us less control over what games are added etc

An "advance all" button on your admin panel that will check through all the open tournaments and advance winning players from any stuck matches.

These things would be nice (major things and minor)

1. Able to edit arcade styles through Style Manager
2. Able to easily change images for the arcade
3. Multiplayer games (I know, major)
4. More games with default download (and removing one, as one was removed from the authors site because of copyright)
5. All vB Plaza code removed. Just hooks for money codes.

That's about it.

An alternative to this would be to check if there are any stuck games every time a tournament is viewed.


Also I think:
"Score Tools > Update the Best Results"
should replace the best score ever even if it is lower than the current high score
