getting this error "Could not find phrase 'adv_portal_duplicate_identifier'. I guess I'm missing a phrase somehow....what should the text be?

How would I be able to add in the Author of the file under each file name listed?

can't seem to get mine to display like the screenshots. seems that the template doesnt update??? i even changed some of the text to see if it changed, and the text changed in the block. any advice?
