i got the tree thing working and its pretty damn nice. this could be used for category systems.

Hrmn, I can't get it to expand and colapse. If its expanded by default I can only colapse, once colapsed cannot be expanded again. Works the other way as well, any reason why? Or is this hack not supposed to work that way?

its not supposed to be like that. if u post a link to a test thread in your forum somebody can try to help you.
