there are few more features to be added and some fixing of the code:)

You need to modify it so that the the visitors IP get logged in the datavase along with the date so that they can't keep rating, clicking through, etc. the same site over-and-over-and-over.. Basically to prevent anti-fraud or anti-cheating (whatever you want to call it).

If you weren't to enable the Admin to set the minimum amount of time between rating a site, or between clicks (for ins and outs), then yo ushould at least probably make it so that a user can only rate an individual site once (possibly with an option to be set by the Admin to allow changes) like vB does with thread ratings and have it only count one in and one out click per site per IP per day.

Other than that though, excellent job! It's looking very promising. ;)

You could either put the code into the script itself to remove the old IPs from the database or setup a cron to run daily too. That way they wouldn't be taken up wasted space. ;)
