To have taken up your time with my posts. Maybe I am trying to run before I can walk here, in that I thought that I had understood how the hacks work, but it appears not to be the case :( I have just tried the "Forums Arranged in Columns Addon" with a fresh new reinstall, this has gone wrong also :( So I do not mind admitting to my personal failings and go back to the drawing board as it were.

Down but not out yet, ha ha

Mind in my defense I noticed quite few posts, stating that there are problems with hacks on version 2.3.3 - but then as a newbie, I cannot say.
