I have most Russian-speaking visitors, but also English-speaking. They ask me to make some translator implementation. I'm using http://www.translate.ru service for it. Unfortunaly, this service can't parse URLs inside document.

Check the area I highlighted in bold. I believe this may be where your problem is.
