Here's a childless one like you requested with the mobile theme imported. That one comes out fine but fails the mobile test oddly.

It's called "single child"

Strip off the /index part like so works for me. Try this.

Yep that worked, so what's the name of the last style you created?

EDIT: Never mind, "Taxable Mobile" looks just like the default mobile.

Yeah no real help there either, now just looks like the default desktop v4.
