Apologies for the delay in support, everyone. We forgot to add this mod to our Subscriptions, so we did not get alerts for new support threads.
This is exactly why we prefer to handle support over at our own forums - you can visit the support forums for this mod here: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/forumdisplay.php?f=204 Quote:

We cannot look over vBulletin.org threads when planning new versions due to the fact that these threads grow quite large over time :) Quote:

Also, some members may not be displayed if their IP address cannot be resolved. That is a limitation of PHP that we cannot work around. Fillip |

The field accepts entries without a # prefix and works fine for all HTML Hex color codes except "black" or Hex 000000 In fact, if you put a # prefix in front of any Hex code, it truncates the last HEX character, screwing up the color. For example. Using FCFF00 If you put a # in front as you suggest, it becomes #FCFF0, cutting off the last HEX 0 character because it counts the # as one of the 6 character input numbers required. Installed today. Looks right but I have issues. I read everything here. Users over 14000, Google Chrome, server loaded as usually. How long need to wait to update (approximately?) After few hours showed less than 100 locations. Is it possible to show the most users on map? I know some IP might not have been resolved.
Second issue. Some nicknames changing when I update a website. I have 2 users from Vienna. They change each other after every click refreshing. Why can't be 2 nicknames at the same time if they live in the same location? |

Also wondered if this is something I have setup wrong or because of the IP thing, I have a some members who are in a different usergroup but they are also in registered users, could this cause issues if both groups are displayed on the map? Thanks Tom |
It seems like not working properly. Still the same locations after 24h...
