Yeah that's a problem. I mostly use Firefox too.

Lancer I just posted a new problem on ya board. It stops working in IE8 when vBcredits by Dragonbyte is enabled.

Where is Lancer at anyway?

I bet this dude is playing Call of Duty.

08-26-2011 1.2 Moved most remaining code in the global scope to LiveThread class, in all plugins. If there is a conflict with another mod, there is a 99.999% chance the coding of the other mod is at fault.

08-26-2011 1.3 Added `d` GET parameter to XHR's preventing caching of ajax requests.

---

1.3 should resolve a lot of the no-error cases. Only time will tell. :)

Kewl. I'll check it out when I get off work.

Does this add a lot of database queries?

8thos 08-27-2011 02:33 AM

Doesn't phase my site a bit.

No.

Working fine for me in IE9, but nothing happens in Chrome 14 or Firefox 6.

Lancer,

Just wondering if it would be possible to reset the timer when a new post is entered. For example, you load the last page and you have a 2 minute timer. If within the 2 minutes, someone posts, the mod obviously loads that post, but it resets the timer at that point. Then with the fresh 2 minute timer, if there is another post, then its reset again otherwise expires.

I'd love to pay for functionality similar to this.

Thanks

It is good functionality and will be in 1.5 or 1.6.
