Have this mod installed on VB 3.8.7 PL3 BUT its doing nothing. Not managing bounced mailed, NOTHING. What to do?

What to do when the mod fails to moderate 1 bounced mail and sends it to my mail?
Also to upgrade just need to upload the xml or need to upload EVERYTHING again ?

I asked another question lol... forget about the "it doesnt work" one.

I know, but I can't help when all I have to work from is "it messes up the templates". I don't know what that means.

It's not an issue anyone else has encountered, AFAIK.

You need to be as descriptive as possible - screenshots help with that - when reporting errors :)
