I don't think vbseo owns the colors (I could be wrong here), so the only claim they really have is the use of thier name.

Besides the vBseo logo is just a flipped Nvidia logo with circles instead. Same colors and everything there as well....

First of all thanks BSMedia, Mike and anyone else backing this up. Anyone trying to shoot down this theme is just a hypocrite....You call foul play when a vb related company theme is released, but not one foul play was called when a facebook theme was released. Both are companies, both are themes that are clones. Why the sudden change?

As for the licensing agreement; I agree, I made a mistake and I appologize to vBulletin. There's quite a few rules; not everyone picks up on them the first time. I won't make the same mistake twice and have been changing any outgoing links fto my test server to a demo picture or a sample site of someone downloading the style.

The worlds competitive place. You must have the nicest theme to stay on top or you will be at a disadvantage. Take McDonalds vs. BurgerKing for example. They share many of the same attributes, surely this is not a coincidence. You can get the same items practically on the menu, the colors are very similar with just different logos. You don't see them bickering at each other. Every site needs the same opportunity to be competitive on the web today, and I am providing this opportunity to those who see it. I can't test my themes on my main installation of vbulletin since it modified too much. It looks fine on my testing server. Anyways, let me know if it works.

OMG come on kids does it really matter about colors? The theme is just a default with color changes, now making a custom skin with custom coded navbar and other add ons and then having someone make a clone would be something worth arguing about. Anyone could have added green and black coloring to there vb 4 site would you go after them to? I think vbseo should stick to making there new seo 3.5 and not get caught up in dumb fights over color changes to the default skin because vbseo is not a skin maker they are the #1 seo maker for vbulletin.

@skin creator threads title could have been different to avoid this and the skin lack originality but not to your fault new vb has new template engine and style vars so no one right now is making awesome and innovative skins yet for vb4.
