We plan to update this style with the upcoming vb4.0.2 release scheduled for feb. 4th.

Excellent Style! How can reduce a few pixels above and below the logo to reduce overall height of the header a a little bit.

That was announced after we posted the update date. We plan to update to version 4.0.2 as soon as it is released.
