If you have VB 4.x You can do it by AdminCP Option

The setting below
Settings -> Options -> BBCode Settings
adds nofollow to all the links including sig which is not needed so this mod works great.

Works perfect in 4.2.0

and what about internal links?

This feature is also included in vbseo 3.6.1 as Add rel="nofollow" to ALL External URLs
Enable this option to prevent search engines from following links to external pages (URLs that point to other domains).

This is really great but I would love some sort of a whitelist/blacklist for domains like Vbseo had. I want to be able to add no follows to certain forums only..Not to every external link. Yes there is a great white list feature but I want a blacklist if possible. :)
