Well, for ME, I don't like it... I am not saying that is a bad plugin, no but well... sometimes I like the simplest, and this is the case. But, good job.

What if you only display the first 25 users' avatars, and they have to click a button to reload the column with the next 25? That would solve the performance issue I'd imagine... and they would have to scroll down to see more users anyway, might as well make them click a button
