In forumdysplay.php I see is that there will be always a green positive rate also then there are no votes (no rating) or 0 votes, how can I change it so if there are 0 votes the positive or negative picture and vote count isnt displayed?

For some reason, I can not find where to set "Enable For all Forums". I really need to only have it turned on a few forums, but not all of them. (I can not find ANY of the TOF settings, except for when I edit a forum, its at the bottom. Where is the main admin screen?)

Is there a way to add more than one point? Because the way I'm using it I need it that way.

When I do the 'sort option' how can I get it to sort all of them except the first post?
