As far as I know, tihs is compatible with 3.8, since it uses very Basic hook and plugin does the rest. It's working on my 3.8 board smoothly. :)

I am really not sure what purpose this hack serves without an email address included in the new thread/post.

No one else administrating or moderating can help respond if the Contact Us email is from an unregistered guest (which about 90% of ours are) and their email address is not included so that staff can respond to the inquiry.

Otherwise, you are just creating a useless thread/post.

Nothing here for me until you add that... it appears there are numerous request for the email address to be included in the thread, but it has not been added.

Our regular members very seldom use the Contact Us link... they usually just PM us.

Great mod, I've been using it for a bit thanks...

lately I've been subject to spam through it though.. I get about 1 or two every other day

I have Q/A in place for registeration and also for Contact Us, box checked but still, they managed to get through this mod..

and it doesn't look like human from the look of it..

thanks for the great addon, I really love it. Very good if you have more than 1 admin.
Is there a way to remove the board title from the thread title?
I know how my board is called and I want to have the title removed. ;)
