Just another 2 cents..
I like WinSCP, it's free and supports scp/sftp secure protocols, which I would highly recommend over old ftp.

Can you recommend anything other than Cyberduck - cause that thing is *buggy* IME

I've tried most of the Mac FTP clients and i've stuck with yummy FTP.

I use CuteFTP. I used to use WS_FTP, that wasn't terrible either.
