Use the manual template edit setting. The template edits have been linked to previously, or you can find them in the version 1.0 thread. The instructions will be being updated to include them when an update is released. (I sorta forgot to put them in the package - ooops)

Extracted and uploaded the files and followed the directions. Trying to import the XML file but every time I hit submit, it says "Invalid File Specified." What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone else found that on pages such as register.php has the right banner dumped at the bottom and when turned on the left doesn't appear at all on register?
