I've got the same issue; It doesn't work on the CMPS page, but in the preview within the AdminCP it works fine.

I have the images in images/polls -- URL seems to be set correctly, using CMPS 3.0 (fresh install).

I should clarify, I sort of see the bar, but there is no color to it at all, it is just blank all the way across, mine does not show up in the preview window, it is the same there as it is on the rest of the site...

Try the attached module.
Please be sure to remove the current donation bar module in your CMPS and the adv_portal_donationbar template BEFORE installing the attached module.
Installation:
Upload the module and make sure you select the style you are using.
vBa CMPS->upload/dowload module
Report back if this corrects your problems.

Removed the old module and installed that one -- works perfectly now.

How do you change the color of the "Donate" link on the Navbar...mine is showing up bright green.

The donation bar-FORUMHOME mod was updated to do this already.
