From what I've seen one should only enter the alpha-numeric characters after the = sign; no %, &, etc. As some YouTube videos have the additional characters many people are getting confused. Now, what can be removed from the code so users can just paste the URL into the link? BTW, I did try to work with it but I couldn't get it. Also, I do understand that you do only want it to work for YouTube but it is confusing to my members.
