Installed but problem, I can ban with no problem with when I try to unban I get a page error ?

I'm using 3.6.4., help ?

Unban doesn't work for me...

Found a problem, I have some users in a custom usergroup, but since there is an issue with vbsupport and it doesn't work with custom usergroups I had to add them to a secondary usergroup as members and now anyone that is in that custom group the quickban doesn't show up, I have added there number into the admin section but it's still not showing up.

im using 3.6.4 and I have installed both xml files that I have seen, and they do not work on any of the 3 skins that I have installed.
