Well, the forum is intended to be as clear and clean as possible. There are quite a few aesthetic improvements and of all the functional modifications the "Dogg" rating system is probably the most interesting.

Members can second a maximum of 3 sites.

I have now added this to the BOTM rules:

* Every member may second up to a maximum of 3 already nominated sites. All 3 seconds should be made in a single post (use edit if needed). Only the first post with a second will be counted (Added 15 october 2006)
