I would like to tighten the margin of the entire forum, include the images. Where can I adjust that. Bring all the sides and top in by about 100 px, including the corner images.

I've just updated the template for 3.6.1 compatibility. You can download it at the top of the page.

One thing I noticed is that the Button Images Folder is set to: http://www.vaya.ws/forum/images/fres...ate/statusicon and the Item Status Icon Folder is set to: http://www.vaya.ws/forum/images/fres...ate/statusicon Obviously, you want those to be links local to your site. |

Dom.S - Great style! I have it as the main style on my site here: www.swimclub.co.uk
Can I ask you two quick questions (as someone who's pretty poor with html/php ......) 1. How/where can I remove the "SwimClub.co.uk Forums" link that appears at the very top of the page? 2. Is it possible to put my vbulletin3_logo_white.gif logo above the https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2010/10/1.gif SwimClub.co.uk Forums that appears at the top of the forum? Thanks, Chris |
Glad you like it Chris.
It would require quite a bit of tweaking to do exactly what you're asking, but replacing the 'SwimClub.co.uk Forums' with an image link would be fairly simple. Just find the following in the header template: Code:
<h1 id="sitetitle"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vboptions[bbtitle]</a></h1> Code:
<h1 id="sitetitle"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]"><img src="yourtitleimage.jpg" /></a></h1> Cheers, Dom |
VERY nice skin !!
only one question: the default forum width is 100%, but I want to use a fixed with, eg 800pix. Is there a way to change it fast ? or do I have to change a lot of templates ? |
I'm afraid it's a bit trickier than just editing the main width setting as there are other other settings in the CSS. If you're familar with HTML and CSS it would not be particularly hard to achieve though; just a little trial and error.

I'll give it a try :D
