If you give it up cold turkey you will have horrible headaches from the withdrawl... I know I did the same thing. I use to drink soda and coffee all the time and then I just decided to stop and man... it hurt... Although now I am starting to drink coffee from time to time agian. Nothing like what I use to do though.

Gosh, I guess I must be really good then just having a couple of brews (cups of tea + milk), one coffee, (milk 2 sugars), and a couple of glasses of pop (usually ginger beer, iron bru, or cherryade) a day.

Either that or permanently dehydrated!
