wouldnt it be better if the members just enter a short command to view the answers like

and auto msg will appear. like vbdev said ppl can spell it wrong or somehow write the wrong questions that the system cant comprehend

we have noticed about a 20 sec. delay when typing something. but the one who is typing it sees it right away.

Please note that some people may want to use the commands like a knowledge base so predefined questions may be helpful for certain forums. I would consider this up to the admins though.

etc would be easier for many to remember but for some forums for example a world of warcraft forum:

Can all be listed under one default command such as "!help". Also, this is another way for veteren users to answer the same "noobish" questions day in & day out but simply typing the question. The answer could be a wall of text or it could be a simple sentance. This again should be something the administrator thinks about before using rather than someone saying "no it wont work".

A friend of mine has the same issue, keeps having "loading" every time. How do solve this issue? It works fine for me and a lot of people, but a few are just having this problem.

ask you friend ... because i get this " loading ..loading " sometimes ... sometime is ok...

strange that anybody find some solutions for this problem ...

He is stuck mostly at "loading..." and "sometimes" it works for him.
