Well since the vbArcade forum is kinda down... I am having a problem with the arcade now. I don't know what happened but now, all of a sudden my scores aren't transmitting. Anyone know what could do this?

This seems to be designed for vBulletin 3.6.0 (Beta) and does not work in vBulletin 3.5.x !

the solution worked, as in...it installed w/ no database error...

what i want to know if why arcade passes don't work. I have it set that to be able to play in the arcade for 7 days, you must pay a certain amount of points, but it's not working. The setting is enabled, but it just doesn't work.

is this a vbbux problem or an arcade problem?

Since the forums are down (have been for way too long :() I'll just ask here.

Are there any known bugs/vulnerabilities with any versions of the v3Arcade that allow outside users to upload whatever they want into the arcade?

I ask because strange php files show up in my games folder which weren't put there by me or anyone else that I know has ftp access to my forum, and it's always in the games folder never anywhere else so that's why I'm wondering if it's just a coincidence or not.

It would be just about impossible for anyone to achieve without some kind of access to your Admin CP anyway even if such a vulnerability did exist..

Hi, first off I would like to say that my users love this addon. They are going nuts over it. Thank you very much for taking the time to code and support this addon.

Now, to my question. Is there a way to add in a master switch for the volume on the games? Not like a volume control, but just an on/off switch. That's the only downside to the whole system my users say. They can't listen to music and play games at the same time, because of the volume.

If it can't be done, then it can't be done. I sure don't have the first clue of how to go about doing that, so if it would be too complicated/take too much work, if it can even be done at all, then I understand.

Ok, I recently upgraded to version 3.5.4. I had v3 Arcade on the old system, now, when I installed this new one, the Arcade page is messed up. Is there a fix?

I had the arcade up with no problems but when I moved my forums from www.site.com/forums/ to www.site.com the arcade games stopped working. I click on any game and it's just a space where the game should be. Does anyone know how to fix this without reinstalling the games?

Be sure to have the directory set right in v3arcade settings. Otherwise look at the source code of the page if the URL of the flash game is right.

It's all set correctly. I can go to the .swf file and it's still just blank. I didn't do anything but move them. I guess I'll just reinstall them

Well, I figured it out. when I do http://site.com/games/game.swf it works but it doesn't when I add www. Odd. Any way to get it to refer to the non-www URL?

Is there anyway of slowing down the game or your PC to scam the top score? Just had someone play tetris and got a top score of over 350,000. This is practically impossible I thought.

yeh if you run some programs like Scanning your drivers by NAV
may slow down the games also ;)

There are more sophisticated ways to scam the top score. We have offered a challenge on our site rewarding the top scorer in Tetris with $200. Comp end July 31st 2006, and recently we have had a top scorer cream the others and in every other game. This has brought on alarm bells for us and other members have complained.
