If the site loads at domain.com but the forums are in domain.com/forums what .htaccess file do we edit? the root or the one in forums folder?

Ya I think I've been trying to get this fixed since last Spring, I'm just going to have to uninstall this. This mod just doesn't seem to be supported anymore.

does anyone know why Yahoo fails

also the link Submit Sitemap to Bing in the sitemap reports option in the admin panel why does the link not work any one know the correct url
