Pretty sure I did everything correctly. I put the upload file into the root directory using FTP, once they all loaded, I then go to my ACP and try to add the product which is the point that I get that message. Any help is really appreciated.

So now one has any solutions on the issue I posted before this one.

The root directory of the forums directory? or the root directory of your ftp? The file must be in your forums directory

Yes it is already in my forum directory, it was working fine, until I renamed my admincp folder, after this happened I put it back to the way it was, but it wouldn't work, not even after un-installing and reinstalling.

When I pressed the 'Request Award' or 'Recommend Award' link, I got this PHP message:

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/class_datastore.php on line 683

The request and/or recommendation form is shown normally though.

What's wrong?

I'm using VB 4.0.3 PL-1, PHP 5.2.6, and MySQL 5.0.51a. Also the Search Friendly URL setting is activated.

^^My problem is the same, I only get that array_merge message with "Request Award".

You don't get the message with 'Recommend Award'? Did the form still show up?

Uninstall this mod, since it doesn't work properly in my forum :(

The array merge error message shown at the top, but the form is shown normally.

Whenever I submit through 'request' or 'recommend' form, I got an error message basically saying that I can't submit it. Also, the array merge error still show up at the top.
