How do you make "Allow Challenges" on as default rather than off??? What coding or template editing needs to be changed to make it always on as default???

When I try to Import my old games from my old Arcade folder for vb 3.0.X
I got this Error

From the database, use PHPMyAdmin and they are in the template table.

I'm trying to uninstall arcade and I get this:

Go to products- disable the arcade, and the posts should come back. I have a simillar problem

I found a bit of info on my question but it is pretty old. It's a post from october.
