This may be a dumb question but I am upgrading to the newest version of the arcade and I noticed it says update all php files in the upload folder. Do you ONLY upload the PHP files? If so do you also find all the PHP files in the subdirectories and upload (and overwrite) those as well?

Excellent thanks for the update. Just upgraded, no issues. Of course I had to play each game at least once after the upgrade for quality control purposes. :D
