I still cant make this work :(
I run 3.8.1 and the chatbox is just loading... I have to go to the archive to see the new messages.. the chat window is empty..

OK.

Not been happy with the new 3.8 version since we installed it ( no offence VBdev )

So uninstalled.

Then installed our older version. [vB3.6.x-vB3.7.x]MGC_Chatbox_Evo_0.4.0]

This then threw up lots of mysql erros, after reloading language file. And then doing permissions in Usergroups.

Now we cannot even revert to this version.

Is all hope lost ??

Any suggestions please

Is there any fix for vbA yet? I've tried everything from the vba mod thread but no dice.

Uninstalled the bloody lot and getting this now !

Hum can you copy here the errors please coz I can't help you without a inch of error text ;)

Have you ensured javascript files were uploaded correctly ?

How is your javascript loading set in chatbox options (local or YUI server) ?

Do you see any error in the error console on Firefox ?

Well I don't handle vBA as stangger5 mod is supposed to work so haven't had a look. You should ask him.

I've 2 styles. One is normal & the another one is tab version. In the tabbed style if I choose ChatBox below forums then it won't display. Then I did edit the Chatbox display on forumhome plugin. Replaced

Having one problem though! There is extra space on the top of the chatbox. Any help? Check the attachment!

Perhaps that extra space comes from your forumhome template ?

Yah and unfortunately that one comes with the default vBulletin template! I've just noticed vBulletin.com has the same extra space :p
