Thank you soo soo much,Gemma your a Lifesaver ! I was panicking the members have a tourney going on and I just upgraded to 4.1.5 and knew I needed this but when I went to v3 to copy it again it was closed oh noes.

Tournament notices are not being sent, they say they have been sent but there is no PM .

Are the Default User Settings set to YES for Tournament Events?

Also have you (or your members) opted out of receiving arcade notifications?

I'm sorry we did get notices that we had failed to advance. I Have not looked at the symptoms in the fix above but I think I may have to do that anyhow.

my most urgent question is were do I edit what templates to put a chat box in the games and main arcade pages. without putting in the forums.
