Is there a way to make it show on all pages ?

I have this mod installed and only users who are logged in can see the album pictures on the home page. I would like to change this so that users who are NOT logged in can see the album pictures on the home page, but I can't find the control is for this.

Can someone give me some directions please :)

usergroup settings in the admin panel. Give that a try

Yes, I know that ;-)

I already looked in the usergroup permissions but I couldn't see a setting which relates to this mod.

Yes there is, it's a template edit.

The template is afm_picture

Remove or comment out;

Is there a way to place this on vba cmps? Or is there another mod for that?

I noticed that with the default vb settings anyone can click the album pictures thumbs and see the large versions as well. I want to change permissions so that only thumbs are visible to unregistered and folks need to register to see the full-size pics as well.

I set 'can view albums' to NO for unregistered here: Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> User Album Permissions, but that makes the whole latest album pictures block dissapear for unregistered. How can I do what I want?
