Okay - i'm obviously mentally ill today.

I'm attempting to place my $template_hook[usercp_navbar_bottom] into my USERCP_SHELL template with no success and i know its going to be some stupid little thing, but i placed it where i assumed it to belong (And then 6 other places) with no success.

Also, i'm sure this was asked before - but there's not way to make the points retroactive, right?

i tried to move the $template_hook[postbit_userinfo_right] but i couldn't do it right sometims the the the post thank u moved with it and it doesn't show like the way i explained above ( i hope i explained it right -_- )

Go into AdminCP > Maintenance > Update Counters

You'll see a section to award points retroactive. :D

You need to put the template hook directly before the closing table tag. it gets its own tr tags so it needs to be directly before.

also, to award credits retroactively, go to update counters and run the form at the bottom. I will be including a new admincp menu in 1.4 to link directly to it.

For now we are stuck with the hook, but in 1.4 I already have the code switched around to use the postbit. The difference is it is now a template edit, but at least you can all display it like you want :)

Well as it stands right now i have two large companion scripts, two addons to update, two addons still to make, this to upgrade, and a whole host of other large unrelated scripts.

It's Not a phrase. It's a feature called "Donate to Members (usergroups). Sorry I just found it under Update Counters. I think the instructions are not clear, where can we configure vBcredits in ACP.

One more thing I found is, there is no separate permissions who can give positive credits and negative credits??

iCash allowed everyone to give positive credits, and only certain usergroups to give negative credits. Awarding positive points to each other member was a very useful feature in my forum. I miss it very much. I appreciate if you could add that feature, as soon as possible.

Ahh great, I feel kind of stupid as I did not realise there was any per usergroup settings.

I do however have one (hopefully final) question, is it possible for this system to be disabled on a per user / usergroup basis. I can see people abusing or attempting to abuse the system and the ability to take away their use of the system would be very useful.

Edit: Ok I see it's possible to disable credits on a per user basis. How about on a per usergroup basis? I suppose I could create a usergroup with all values set to "0" however this still does not stop users donating credits to that usergroup.
