Okay... I tried that earlier. You won't believe me and you shouldn't, but you can imagine my confusion as I am SURE I did and got the same error....

In any event, Cheers. Seems to be working properly now....

I must be on ignore...

Is there a way to run botloader.php outside of a browser? I can't get it to complete, and although my bot is working - it is very limited since I'm assuming it has never finished reading the AIML files.

Okay... I do have the forum path changed to my forum directory correctly, same thing I was using before when it was working.

I also have file_get_contents disabled on my server for security reasons but we can use CURL, so that would be the best option for most people I believe.

As for it not working on PHP5 it was working before, I guess I'll just have to go through the code making changes also the way. Hope you can fix this soon though since a lot of people must be using PHP5.

Thanks

I had to upload a few files at a time - a couple MB worth at most to the AIML file. Then run botloaderinc.php.

Remove those files from your server then and add some more AIML files and repeat the process with botloaderinc.php.

Took a few minutes that way, but got them all loaded.

That is a problem to since some of the AIML files are to big my server times out halfway or even less of the way through when loading the files..

So I tried to shorten the files but that didnt work.

I only uploaded a couple of the big ones at a time. And make sure you are using botloaderinc - not botloader.

If that isn't working I am at a loss. sorry.

I intend to fix all the php5 issues soon.
