Not sure if I'm understanding this. I looked at the mgc_cb_evo_chat table and the closest thing I see to chat text is ctext. Right now its type is "mediumtext" so is this what should be changed to utf8? I'm also not very savvy with mysql so I'm not entirely sure how to change it if that's the case.

Nope, you have the table encoding type for this field which is something containing "latin" in it and which need to be changed to utf8.

I have updated the files to the latest versions.

Any ideas?

PS,

If I disable the "Activate the display of an automatic message upon creation of a new thread by an user" the error goes away but the other option works great.

So you only have problems with thread notification but not post ?

My apologies. I'm still fairly new to the adminstrative and technical end of vB, so knowing what information you need would be awesome. I'm using CuteFTP professional. I have 3 of the same image for each channel in there, with the _sel, _nosel and _new suffixes. Is this not what I'm supposed to do?

Yes with .gif extension, but don't input the _sel, _nosel or _new in the field (neither do input the .gif).

I was planning in acquiring VBSEO and just wanted to make sure. What got me asking was that in the future features request, i saw this: Built-in vBSeo compatibility. I thought since this feature hasnt been implemented yet, that it would not work with VSEO. What does built in VBSEO mean anyway?

Disabled how ? Through disable chatbox option in the acp ?

Well I fixed it by reinstalling the product.

However, the chatbox hangs for a few, like freezes up when lets say my browser is set to the front page of the forum, (where the chat is) and I don't move for a bit, it freezes up and I have to refresh in order to see it again.

I'm willing to pay for brand free if someone can help me out with my "Error : A chat is already being processed, please wait." whenever a guest tries to type something in the chatbox. But registered or admin works fine, just not guests. Please help...

Well apparently one user reported URL (of notifications) not to be recognized correctly by the vBSeo parser but I don't experience it on forumcoding.

It's not a template, you can access through the dropdown in your style list (acp).

Hum, for how long had you been inactive ? (so that I can test)

Do they get this error as soon as they to enter a chat or the second time when they try to send a new ?

they get this error the when they INITIALLY type in a message and press "enter".. then the refresh icon just keeps on loading and then if u try to type in another message, it will say "Error : A chat is already being processed, please wait."
