i can see only 2 options there in the user group permission panel:
MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom Parameters
Default color (without the #)
Channel displayed by default

is that it ?? or anywhere else ?
the problem is if i enable the product n wanna visit my forum, the page turns complete blank like nothing is there in that page, if i disable the product, its ok in the forum, i guess i have made u understand my problem bro, thanks

right at the botom is all the options for the chat box

i've downloaded the latest attachment u did, i can see only this two options, nothing is in there at the bottom named chat or anything related this topic, please double check!!! i had uploaded the product 3 times... same !!

what attachment ??? i didn't put up an attachment for u lol in user group click on one and go right to the bottom of it and u will see all the setting for it

By each user's name instead of the down arrow image, it just says "SUBMIT QUERY" ?? Is there a fix for this?

I have verified my images are in the correct skin directory. I am using a vbskinworks skin.

<font face="Tahoma">All my chat logs are showing up without usernames and userids, this is after I upgraded to the latest version by following the instructions of "Upgrade from the version 1.0.0 or newer."

Thankfully, I saved the logs I've collected from my chats before I updated to the new version, is there method I can use my old logs even after updating to this new version?

When loading the yui on my own server, I was getting a syntax error with the get-min.js. As soon as I loaded the Yahoo server YUI, the error stopped. So, for now i've just left it pointing at Yahoo YUI, while I report this and ask if anyone else has suffered this, is there a fix, is this my server or a bug?

Are you sure you did upload all chatbox files correctly ? Especially the one in includes/xml directory !!

Check that you use a ftp software that don't make nuts like filezilla does sometime.

You have certainly not followed install instructions correctly ! Have you uploaded all chatbox files before importing the product?

Do you have the menu_open.gif image in the misc directory ?

Do you have a {IF} before your images path in the stylevars option within the template manager ?

Well the edit tip is not the right way to do it.

After upgrade you should have run a script, it's stated in the instructions. If you didn't run that script then it's normal that username weren't appearing.

The load yui locally option of the chatbox or the vB one ?

get-min.js is not part of the chatbox that's strange.

Are you using last chatbox version or a previous one ?

That's the problem.... I just use chat, and everything is OK, and then sometimes it's not. I do nothing - just typing or reading..... For this I'll try to find any reason...
